Since 1988, Spell's Mechanical Service has been a staple in the heating and air conditioning industry, founded by Mickie W. Spell after his retirement from Sears.

What began as a small venture has blossomed into a thriving business with a larger facility and three key departments: installation, service, and maintenance.

Spells Mechanical Services is Proudly family-owned, bringing three generations of expertise to the table. With Mickie Spell and Eric Bryant , each holding essential licenses in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical work in North Carolina.
